You Can Tell a Good Vacation...

 By the Food!

We began the day with breakfast at Aretha Frankenstein's...after sleeping till 9:00 am!!  Despite the long wait, the "Waffle of Insane Greatness" lived up to its name.

After a nap, we headed to a place that is probably named for Sara...

We avoided the rain this afternoon by having a massage and then...went to a movie!  We never do this at home, so it was a treat.  In fact, it was so much fun that we went ahead and bought tickets for ANOTHER movie.  But it didn't start for a bit so we went for "dinner":

See those two pair of tickets?  And these are our 3D glasses for the second show, Despicable Me.
We saw Inception first, which was intense but excellent.

Lookin goooood in his 3D glasses.

So it may not have been the most action-packed day in history, but it was a perfect anniversary for these parents.  We've enjoyed the time together and will be ready to get back to our crazy crew tomorrow (after a stop at the pool in the morning, that is)!

Friday Night Fun

Jason and I have been enjoying a wonderful little getaway to Chattanooga to celebrate our anniversary (thank you, Aunt Juju, Uncle Jon, Aunt Heather, and Uncle James for loving on our little ones for the weekend!).  Last night we ate a delicious dinner and then met up with our friend from Ole Miss Jason Beasley and his wife Jennifer for dessert.  We look forward to meeting their newest addition next time!  :)

Bedtime Story

Sara has enjoyed bedtime stories with Daddy the last couple of nights.  She misses her big sister, but she is also loving her one-on-one time this week.

Tub Bath!

With Hallie out of town, Sara took her bath with Brooks tonight.  This was Little Man's first tub bath, and he just sat back and watched Sara.

Headed to Nana Camp

Here's Hallie all packed up and ready for Nana Camp.  Before she left, she went all around the room giving hugs and telling us, "Bye Bye. You will miss me."

Yes, we will.  And boy will it be quiet around here!

Aren't they talented?

"The Mob": The Next Generation

Playing Around

Hallie and Sam "fixed" Aunt Aimee's hair with Sara's new hair dresser set while Sara got her new bookcase all organized.
