Thanksgiving--the Dawson and Manly Editions

We came back from Cookeville on Thanksgiving Day (pictures from that trip to follow--I'm a little out of order tonight) and went straight to Gigi's for Dawson Thanksgiving supper.  We missed Uncle Ted and Carolyn because he was sick.  But don't worry--we managed to eat their portions too.

Grumpy fried a turkey that was to die for.

The kids may have gotten an early Christmas gift or two that they can wear during the holidays.

At a family gathering, you are virtually certain to find Sara as close as possible to A.J.  Here, he must have needed his head patted, and she was just the girl for the job.

After some of our standard midnight Black Friday shopping on Thanksgiving night, we reconvened at Aunt Ellen's house on Friday night for Manly Thanksgiving supper.

Not surprisingly, Hallie loitered around them until dessert time.

A.J. drew his usual crowd of adoring cousins.  I particularly like the Pensive Brooks in this picture.
