Fresh Beat Band Concert!!!

Earlier this month, Aunt Melissa took the kids (and Mommy) to Huntsville for the Fresh Beat Band Concert as their early Christmas present!  This show is all the rage at our house, and you will often find Hallie drumming on everything in sight, thanks to her admiration for the drummer in the band, Marina.  We had a fabulous time at the concert (in fact, I have video of us dancing to the music on my phone--when I figure out how to get it off of my phone I'll post it!).

During intermission one of the dancers, Frances, came out into the crowd, and the girls got their pictures made with her.

A.J.'s Dedication

Our favorite little buddy A.J. was dedicated at Dawson on October 4th.  He had a bit of a conversation with Dr. Fenton but was his cute self during the dedication.  Afterward, his mama threw a nice lunch at the church.

He conked out during the luncheon.  It was exhausting being the center of attention.

We were not on our best behavior during the luncheon.  In fact, Brooks put himself in time out.

And then fell asleep in the corner.

Riding in the car earlier today.  Completely out of the blue...

Sara:  Daddy.  "Searching" means looking.  And "hamper" means where dirty clothes go.  See, I'm smart.  I know lots of things.

Jason (stifling a laugh):  Yes, you are.  Verrrry smart.

We hosted an afternoon birthday gathering for Gigi a couple of weeks ago.  Happy birthday to our Gigi!

September Saturday with Gigi and Grumpy

When Mommy and Daddy went to the UT/Ole Miss game last month, the kiddos spent a fun-filled day with Gigi and Grumpy.

They started the day at Krispy Kreme (AKA "Gigi's doughnut store").

Then they ran off the sugar at the park.

And they snuggled in front of some Fresh Beat Band episodes too...
