On the way to school this morning, Hallie decided to amuse herself by calling me "Mom" instead of "Mommy," which she knows I hate. So, when she kept asking, "What you doin', Mom?" I smartly responded with "Nothin, H." After a minute, Hallie asked, "What you doin', M?"
I believe I've been out-sassed.
I let out a good chuckle when I read this. She sounds great (which makes complete sense, as my mom assures me she's just like I was at her age...).
